Shipping

 

1. How long does it take to get my order?

 

Shipping typically takes 2-5 days in the United States NOT including the processing time. The PROCESSING TIME IS 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Arrival times vary for international orders. 

WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING - NO INSURANCE on orders.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. 

 

If you provide the incorrect address please email us right away. If you email us about an address issue and we already shipped your package, we're sorry. But there's nothing we can do.

 

2. What days do you ship?

Monday - Friday. All orders placed after12pm will be shipped the next shipping date stated, AFTER your processing time is complete.

3. How can I track my order?

The tracking information for your purchases will be sent via e-mail as soon as an order is shipped out. To track the order go to your e-mail with the tracking link. If you end up not receiving an e-mail for some reason, or your tracking number appears invalid or just simply not working, contact us by sending us an email @ Lamoureternel1@icloud.com.  



ALL ITEMS SHIP USPS FIRST CLASS IF UNDER 13OZ, IF OVER 13 OZ WE STILL USE USPS BUT IT MAY SHIP PRIORITY OR PARCEL POST. 

 



We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.

 

In the case that your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.


  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

4. How do I redeem free U.S. (domestic) shipping on my order $25+?

 

Free U.S. (domestic) shipping on orders $25+ is applied to orders over $25+ automatically. The rest of the world (international) may not redeem this promotion on orders $25+. 

Cancellation/Refund

 

1. Can I cancel my order and do you issue refund?

 

Once we have processed your order, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund. All sales are final unless the item sent was faulty/ damaged. 

 

Returns

 

1. Can I return my order or exchange my purchase?

 

Due to sanitary reasons, there are no returns or exchanges for our products. Please make sure before you purchase the item, it’s the style you like and the color is correct.
